Guillaume BOURGEOIS 3a4d06441c feat(crowdsec): new CrowdSec CTI integration (French vendor)
CrowdSec CTI API v2, 4 commands: IP reputation, multi-IP search, fire list.
API-key auth, stdlib-only. py_compile clean.
