feat(thehive): new TheHive case-management integration

TheHive 5 API v1, 10 commands: case create/get/update/search, create task, alert create/get/promote-to-case, add observable. Bearer (API key) auth, stdlib-only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
