feat(malwarebazaar): new MalwareBazaar sample-intel integration

MalwareBazaar (abuse.ch) API v1, 5 commands: sample info by hash, recent samples, tag info, signature info. Auth-Key auth, stdlib-only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
